The work groups of the DWGTCM are working for the different fields of TCM-development: quality of Chinese herbal drugs, politics, data-bases, scientific research and information of patients.
The world of TCM is more and more influenced by other than national changes. Therefore the DWGTCM keeps in contact with other national societies of TCM and important persons of the world of TCM. Especially the changes in import rules and orders of some national governments could influence the way we prescribe herbs tomorrow in the European Union. It is essential to have influence on these political decisions.
